Your questions
Does an enquiry mean I have a claim?
No. An enquiry is not an assessment of your claim. Not every finance agreement or lending decision gives rise to a claim.
What does Quickleap do?
Quickleap's permissions cover seeking out, referring and identifying claims or potential claims. We do not give legal advice or investigate or handle claims.
I already have a claims company or solicitor. Can I enquire?
Tell us if anyone is already handling the matter, if you have complained yourself, or if you have received compensation or accepted an offer. This helps avoid duplicate enquiries and possible extra fees.
Does sending an enquiry commit me to paying?
Sending an enquiry does not commit you to a paid service. Read our fees and key information before making a decision.
Will you search my credit file?
Quickleap does not run a credit search when you send this enquiry.
Can I stop or change my contact preferences?
Yes. Email [email protected] to tell us that you want to stop or change your contact preferences. Marketing choices are separate and optional.
Can I ask for help using the service?
Yes. Tell us what would make communication easier for you. We can discuss suitable formats, extra time or support from someone you authorise, without asking for unnecessary medical details.
Your free options
You do not need to use a claims management company or solicitor to make a complaint. You can complain directly to your lender or insurer yourself for free and, where eligible, take an unresolved complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service free of charge. Using a paid representative may reduce the compensation you retain.
